PGFGW

Huge, textbook 1st Anterior from a shell pit in Punta Gorda, N. Florida.

Ultra rare and world-class fossil GW tooth. When is the last time you saw a Florida, land find GW that was over 3" in any condition? I don't think I have even seen another 3"+ Florida land found GW period, but, to have one that's in such gem condition, with colors and patterns like this, with the serrations and tip literally of a fresh, modern GW tooth, and again, all this in a tooth that is 3 1/16", well, this could be the rarest, finest known example of a fossil GW tooth, this one stays with me unless someone offers me a trade I just can't turn down. :)

GW1

This one might not be the biggest GW, though certainly not small either, but the serrations and tip are about the sharpest I have seen, and 100% flawless, and, the overall preservation is outstanding, the color isn't seeming all that impressive in the pics, but in person, it's actually extremely pretty, one of the best preserved and sharpest FGWs I have owned.

Well, the pics pretty much tell the story on this one, the color, intricate patterns, and overall perfection are pretty much unbeatable, pricey for a 2" Peruvian, but hey, you will never see another one like it, that's for sure. To fully appreciate this one, you really have to look at all the pics and see how amazing the colors and patterns really are, in areas, the colors are perfect outlines of the edge and serrations, in others, they're symmetrical, very artistic looking designs that almost seem intentional.

There are very good reasons this one is priced where it is, and high for the size.

My second favorite Peruvian of all time, my first isn't for sale and never will be. :)

GW6

Not huge, but perfect, and the colors are as good as it gets. Vivid blue and pink, the front has some red to it, on the rear, there's a sort of purple patch in the middle, very beautiful smaller Peruvian GW.

GW5

I almost never buy a repaired tooth, but of course GW teeth from Chile are kind of famous for being repaired, this one was so impressive, I was willing to overlook some pitting/erosion in the root on one side being filled in and stabilized with putty,  because the tooth is just so incredibly nice otherwise, the size, shape, color, serrations/tip, all just so amazing. What would have been a $500 tooth is far more affordable due to the 30% root repair/stabilization.

Another outstanding Peruvian, you just cannot find them with color like this anymore, and not for years now actually. The crown is literally half blue, half pink, and there's nothing subtle about this color either, I love how the blue fades into pink gradually as you move downwards. One tiny nick to one serrations is the only damage, tip is flawless, and the root has perfect preservation. An absolute gem.

GW3

Here we have another Peruvian GW that exhibits truly remarkable preservation, one lightly nicked serration tip is the only flaw, but what I love about this one is the amazing colors, a peach/pink with some red, then you have these blue/green lines running through it, and what really makes the tooth are the front and rear bourlettes, the one on the front is amazing for sure, but the one on the rear is unreal, like someone drew a red stripe across the enamel, its the best bourlette I have seen on a fossil tooth period. Killer tooth.

GW4

Ultra rare Peruvian with the best colors you can have, unbelievable overall preservation and quality, but, the tooth has several pronounced pathologies which make what was already a truly remarkable, world-class Peruvian just rare beyond belief. This tooth was brought back from Peru many years ago by world famous shark expert Dr. Gordon Hubble.

 GW72

Possibly the best Chilean upper lateral of any real size I have seen. Flawless, monster-size serrations, and a  huge, perfect well defined tip serration, something not often found on fossil GW's. Gorgeous color and a pristine root that is virtually crack and erosion free, with full bourlette on both sides, things tough to find on the large Chilean teeth. A killer, 100% natural, and priced accordingly.
