M0823 | One of the most beautiful large Makos we have seen. Huge, with gorgeous deep blue, and super rich tan enamel, razor sharp and pretty much flawless. Hard to get better at this size, or any size really. | SOLD

M0821 | Well, I thought I had seen some amazing colored Makos, but this Peruvian Mako may just have the best color ever. Pristine condition for its considerable size, and the colors range from reddish brown, to green to white and lots of shades in between. The enamel has a remarkable translucent quality I have seen only once or twice, which gives the colors incredible depth and richness. Great root, super sharp edges and tip, just all around as good a fossil Mako as you'll find. | SOLD

These Orientalis specimens are amazing. They are far older than Megalodon at 60 million years old, they feature huge, jagged serrations with nicely developed side cusps, they are Angistidens-like and are thought to be the first white shark on earth. Many of them have root repair, this one has no repair. Razor sharp gem, an awesome, very old, white shark tooth with unreal serrations. |

Look at that AMAZING color! Huge, truly knife-sharp Mako. Front side has a vertical expansion crack, fairly common in fossil teeth, also, the root on the front side has a small cavity in it, but this tooth is clearly to be displayed from the rear, and that side is truly flawless, with a perfect, erosion-free root and that beautiful color. One of the best colored teeth we have run across. If you collect for color, you do NOT want to miss this one. |
