This is a very rare species, so there just are not that many prepared, maybe 4 or 5 a year, most are 4" or smaller, a very large example might reach 5". There is no doubt in my mind this is the finest Cheirurus of recent preparation, and it is truly one of the finest trilobites of any species in the world. It is an amazing 6.52" long, which is an exceedingly rare size, it is also perfect, 100% complete, no restoration. The detail and aesthetics are superb and absolute perfection.
